BOOKING TERMS

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE BOOKING CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. PAYMENT OF A DEPOSIT IS ACCEPTANCE & UNDERSTANDING OF THESE CONDITIONS.

DEPOSIT PAYMENTS FOR BOOKING

Deposit payment is according to the requirements by the individual cruise line. Booking will not be confirmed till payment is received.

PACKAGE PRICE

Package price quoted are subject to change with or without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as currency fluctuation, increase in airfares, cruise fares and other taxes, other transport costs, hotel rates, government tax and etc.

AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION FEE

An administrative fee of SGD75 will be charged for any amendment or cancellation. This does not include any charges as levied by airlines, cruise liners, hotels and land service providers concerned.

Any cancellation by the Customer for any reason must be notified in writing to the Company. The cancellation notice must be received by the Company before the date of departure at its address or fax number shown herein.

In the event of any cancellation, please refer to respective the Cancellation Policy as indicated in the cruise/tour doc.

REFUNDS

Without prejudice to the Company’s right to recover full payment of the cancellation fee from the Customer, the Company may deduct the cancellation fee from the package price for full payment or the deposit paid by the Customer and will refund the balance thereof (if any) after such deduction to the Customer without interest.

Unused Services: No refund or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, transport or any other services which are included in packages prices, but not utilized by the Customer / passenger.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend you to purchase a Personal Travel Insurance and /or Cruise Company Insurance prior to the commencement of your holiday.

FARES & SCHEDULES

Fares quoted are in United States Dollar (USD) / Singapore Dollar (SGD) / Euro (EUR) and is based on per person.

Cruise fares include accommodations, meals and entertainment onboard. Cruise fares exclude airfares, port charges, transfers, government fees and taxes, travel insurance, visa, shore excursion, meals ashore, onboard gratuities, pre & post cruise land arrangements (unless otherwise stated in the package flyer), and personal incidental charge. Fares and cabin availabilities are subject to change without prior notice.

AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULE & ITINERARY

Airline and cruise schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and routing. Should this occur, the Company will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Where possible, any changes will be announced before departure. If we find it necessary to change accommodation or a portion of your itinerary after your holiday commenced, we will strive to maintain the overall standard of the travel arrangement. However, the Company reserves the right to make minor changes at any time without compensation. Should there be any different in cost due to the charges incurred, the expenses will be borne by the customer. No compensation will be made as a result of force majeure (i.e. at unforeseen circumstances beyond human control, e.g. War, civil strike, earthquake, floods, terrorist and etc.)

PREGNANCY + AGE RESTRICTION

Any passengers who will have entered the third trimester (24 Weeks) of pregnancy by the end of the vacation are not allowed to board a cruise ship. Infants must be above 06 months old at time of sailing. For any passengers below 21, the age must be stated in the booking requested as certain itineraries have age limit requirements for children and infants to travel onboard ship.

PASSPORT, VISA AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

All passengers shall be solely responsible in obtaining the appropriate visa, vaccinations and health certificates and carry a valid passport of minimum 6 months validity at all times. The Company will not be liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of tour prices if the passenger is refused entry due to immigration requirements.

RESPONSIBILITY

Where the Company has not been negligent nor in breach of any duty, they assume no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to person or property where such occur as a result of circumstances beyond their control.

The company is an agent of the airlines, cruise companies, hotels and land service providers, etc., and is not liable for changes made by suppliers but will render assistance wherever possible. All tickets, vouchers are furnished and issued, subject in every respect to those terms and conditions under which the means of transportation or other service provided thereby are offered or supplied by owners, operators, public carries managing agents or agents.

The Company will not be responsible or liable (for damages, refund or otherwise) for:

  1. Mechanical breakdowns (except where it is due to negligence on the part of the Company or its agents), government actions, weather, acts of God, strikes, compulsory quarantine or other circumstances beyond its control
  2. The deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorities of tour members resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may cause to person or property. All proper travel documents are the sole responsibility of the passengers.
  3. The failure of the client to follow reasonable instructions including but not limited check-in and check-out places and times

All information and prices shown are correct at time of print. We will advise you of any subsequent changes which may arise from time to time.

Guest must adhere to the cancellation policy of the individual cruise line of your cruise package.
